The application crashes at startup
Some things can go wrong in the update process, this is not something we can fix, but hopefully this solution will do the trick. Delete the app from your device. Then reinstall the app from the appstore on your device.

I didn't receive push messages
Push messages are sent from our servers to the Apple servers which then send the message to your device. Apple can't garantee delivery of those messages, and therefore so can't we. We can only garantee to deliver all the messages to the Apple servers. In order to receive messages for your chosen teams, you will have to activate push in the My Teams tab. It's not enough to just add teams to your teams.

My Football PRO crashes when I try to scroll through a list
The scrolling problem had to do with a low memory problem and should be fixed in the newer versions. If the problem remains, please reboot your device to clear the system memory. A frequent restart and keeping your OS up to date are a good way to prevent problems.

What is the difference between the My Football and My Soccer apps?
Nothing, we just noticed that US customers prefer to use the word soccer since football refers to a different sport for them.

I get a 101 error when I try to save Push settings for My Teams
We recently found a problem causing this error to appear on devices that use arabic language settings. The 1.2.4 update will fix this problem. Another answer to this problem could be the fact that your device is or used to be jailbroken or unlocked. Apple may be blocking your device from their Push service.

I get the message "Could not retrieve data, going in Offline Mode"
This error could also be caused by the user settings (arabic language), and should be fixed in the 1.2.4 update. If the update does not fix your problem, please make sure to startup the app with a working WiFi connection. The app should be able to download all the necessary data to function again.

Can I use the app in my own language?
My Football PRO already supports the following languages: English, Dutch, Danish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. You will be able to use these languages when you set your device to the preferred language.
